The following calendars display the reservations in the Department's four conference rooms. Reservations can be made by contacting Gina Lee either in person at NRB-850, by email or by phone 617.432.2886.

If the room does not come equipped with certain equipment you may need to use, please contact Gina Lee in order to check out department equipment.

If you wish to reserve one of the rooms in the NRB that is not under Department jurisdiction (such as the Bray Room or the HIM Lecture Room 138), then please contact Gina and indicate the dates, time range and expected audience as well as any A/V and/or catering requests you might have for your event.
